Channel Five have advised that:

We had earlier plans to acquire the series but following its poor performance during Season 4, we have decided not to acquire Series 5 of Angel.

We apologise for supplying incorrect information in our previous correspondence.

Does anybody know if any of the other terrestrial channels have bought the rights to Season 5?

I have a nasty suspicion that they won't have.

I don't think so...it's sad that the series ended after 5 seasons. The ending really disappointed me.

i nearly had a snail as that is my sons nickname!!!! (he is called niall and used to walk really slowly when he was younger!!!)

Angel and company spend the day as if it were their last as they prepare to bring down the evil Circle of the Black Thorn. Putting their lives on the line, Spike confronts a demon cult, Lorne faces off with Lindsey, Gunn takes on an evil senator and Angel battles Hamilton, the henchman of the Senior Partners.

The episode ends with Angel, Spike, Illyria, & Gunn about to fight a bunch of demons including a dragon.

i can't say what my dads pet name is for me!!! he usually calls it me when he is very very drunk!!! and thats the word for lady dog!!!

but he usually calls me katy boo and i have asked him and he has no idea why!!!

no i don't mind it just in fun no malaice intened!!! by the time he is that drink i am usually drunker than him and i don't notice anyway!!!! me and my dad get on great!!! i am the only one who has given him grandchildren!!!!
